Shipping to the USA is suspended until further notice. The USA requires all packages send with pre-paid import taxes. This severely limits the available shipping options to the most expensive options and requires implementing a flexible surcharge.

Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include German VAT. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge delivery costs within Germany, depending on the size and value of the products ordered.

The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Shipping costs in EU countries and the rest of the world vary a lot, please look directly in the shopping cart.

Delivery
The delivery takes place with normal postal service or with DHL.
Depending on your location, delivery time can be up to 30 days from shipping date.

We point out any deviating delivery times (e.g. made to order products and products not in stock) on the respective product page.


Duties and Charges
For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, possibly customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees and possibly import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. You are responsible for these charges.


Payment
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or PayPal.
If you choose the payment method prepayment bank transfer, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
